Cancellation Policy

Here at The TramHouse, we have a few policies for you during your stay. 1. Pets ARE allowed inside the rooms but cannot be left unattended. On property grounds outside, you must clean up after your pet. 2 PETS MAXIMUM. 2. No Smoking in the rooms. Smoking is allowed outside in designated areas. 3. If damage has occurred, you will be charged accordingly. 4. Quiet hours are in place from 10:00 PM til 8:00 AM. 5. Note the County Roads are rock roads, be prepared.
